Schools Fitness Challenge brought to you by Irish Life Health

The Schools Fitness Challenge aims to help secondary schools students adopt a healthier lifestyle. There are three phases to the Schools’ Fitness Challenge:

1): The initial fitness test to measure current fitness levels.

2): A six week training programme to improve cardiovascular fitness.

3): A repeat test to measure new fitness levels.

Key dates for your diary: 
September 21st: Registration closes
October 5th: Submit initial bleep test
October 8th: 6 week challenge begins 
November 23rd: 6 week challenge ends
December 7th: Submit final bleep test
